Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness and Human Resources
I have a passion to see people excel in their strengths and gifts God has given them and use them for His glory.
I have been a professional educator since 1984. During my career, I have been a teacher at all levels, a curriculum design coordinator, and a principal at the elementary and high school levels in both public and private school settings. As an educational consultant, I have written study guides for both the principal and EC-6 Texas teacher certification tests and facilitated test preparation sessions for teacher candidates throughout the North Texas region. Before joining TKU in 2012, I was an adjunct professor for the University of North Texas supervising student teachers during their practicum semester.
