Introduction

1.1. The King’s University Amazon Gift Card Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organized and administered by The King’s University, Texas (“The King’s University” or the “University”). 1.2. By participating in the Promotion, participants (“Participants” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating.

Promotion Period

2.1. The Promotion begins on June 1, 2023, and ends on June 30, 2023, at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

3.1. The Promotion is open to all individuals at least 18 years of age who submit an application to The King’s University during the Promotion Period and meet all other eligibility requirements as stated in these Terms and Conditions. 3.2. Participants must be legal residents of the United States. 3.3. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of The King’s University, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Amazon Gift Card Giveaway

4.1. Participants who apply to The King’s University during the Promotion Period and are subsequently admitted to the University will be eligible to receive an Amazon Gift Card (“Gift Card”). 4.2. Gift Cards will be distributed digitally via email within thirty (30) days following the confirmation of the Participant’s admission to the University. 4.3. The value of the Gift Card will be determined by The King’s University at its sole discretion. 4.4. Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

General Conditions

5.1. Participants must provide accurate and complete information when participating in the Promotion. The University reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who provides false or misleading information. 5.2. The King’s University reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the Promotion as contemplated by these Terms and Conditions. 5.3. By participating in the Promotion, Participants release and hold harmless The King’s University, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded 5.4. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of any prize awarded. 5.5. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas. 5.6. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Participants and The King’s University concerning the Promotion. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
