The Israel Experience 2019

Join The King’s University in Israel May 12-26

There are numerous disciplines of learning that can increase your understanding of the Bible but studying the geography of Israel in the Land of Israel may have the most lasting impact. Join The King’s University in summer 2019 for a unique study trip focused on the biblical geography of Israel. This course is designed to provide an overview of the physical setting of Israel, where the majority of the Bible story took place. You will be amazed to learn how this small area of land, which lies at the junction of three continents (Asia, Africa and Europe), has been chosen by God to have such profound historic and spiritual significance. Come with your fellow TKU students on this rare opportunity to study together in the Land of Israel!

The Israel Experience includes:

  • Two weeks of study with Dr. Wayne Wilks Jr., Executive Pastor of Jewish Ministries at Gateway Church.
  • Visits to key biblical sites region by region, including the Coastal Plain, Negev Desert, Dead Sea, Jordan Valley, the Galilee, Golan Heights, Central Hill Country and Jerusalem.
  • Airfare, lodging, meals, and tuition for 3-credit hour course included.

In Israel, you will experience:

  • Learning about the symbolism, imagery, and the geographical connections that vividly link the Hebrew Scriptures and New Testament.
  • Exploring various geographical aspects of the Holy Land that shaped the history of its people.
  • Combining travel with readings, lectures, mapping, and rich on-site experiences.
