After more than a year in development, The King’s University’s Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program will launch a new cohort of students at Gateway Church Frisco Campus, beginning Fall 2021. This program will serve the local church by offering graduate level leadership education to staff and key church leaders. This innovative partnership will allow students the opportunity not just to study together, but to serve together with peers in their local context, bringing together both the academic and practical side of ministry education. This will be the same program offered at the TKU Campus in Southlake, Texas, with the residencies being held on the campus of Gateway’s Frisco Campus.
“This initiative represents an innovation and promising new expression of the partnership between TKU and Gateway Church,” says MOL Director Dr. Frank Markow. “It allows us to serve our partner church in a unique and specific way and can serve as a model for future initiatives between our institutions.”
Dr. Markow, along with Gateway Frisco Campus Pastor, Jelani Lewis, will work together with key leaders, faculty, and staff at both TKU and Gateway over the next six months to enroll students and launch this cohort of the MOL program.
