The King’s University (TKU) is excited to announce additional scholarships are available to new students for the fall 2020 semester. TKU has freed up approximately $170,000 in scholarship dollars to lighten the financial load for students experiencing financial hardships. This money is in addition to financial scholarships awarded annually by the university. “We have reallocated a significant amount of our budget dollars to help students continue moving forward with their ministry training at The King’s,” says TKU Director of Admissions, Angela Pruis. “That’s the heart of the university’s leadership in making this decision.”
Furthermore, tuition rates previously published for the fall 2020 semester reflected a tuition increase. However, university leadership has decided to discount the rates to reflect no increase. Those rates after discount are as follows:
- Undergraduate: $470 per credit hour
- Graduate: $490 per credit hour
- Doctoral: $515 per credit hour
Additionally, all online course fees ($45 per course) for the 2020-2021 school year will be waived. “We want students to continue without having to pause with their ministry preparation,” says Pruis. “We’re family and that means helping each other when times get rough.”
