Ulmer Joins Empowered21 Leadership

The King’s University (TKU) congratulates Dr. Kenneth Ulmer on his induction into the Empowered21 (E21) Global Council this March. As co-chair of the E21 USA Cabinet, Dr. Ulmer joins other esteemed international organizational, denominational, educational and ministry leaders who provide oversight to 14 regional cabinets across the world and help bring resources to bear on crucial issues facing the Spirit-empowered movement.

In addition to his role as senior pastor of Faithful Central Bible Church, Dr. Ulmer serves as vice-chairman of TKU’s Board of Trustees and is a valued member of the faculty. As a former president of the University and director of the Oxford Experience, he has made many contributions to TKU and has served in a variety of roles throughout the school’s history.

“In my entire ministry life, I’ve always been passionate about seeing the Holy Spirit move in every person on earth, especially when it comes to reaching and mentoring this next generation of Spirit-empowered believers,” said Dr. Ulmer. “This is such a wonderful opportunity to help guide, develop, and deepen the vision of Empowered21 as we seek to hear and follow the Holy Spirit.”

According to Dr. Billy Wilson, E21 global co-chair and president of Oral Roberts University, Dr. Ulmer and his USA Cabinet co-chair, Pastor Scott Wilson, will be introduced at the upcoming Empowered21 Africa Congress, which takes place the week of Pentecost 2018. “Both have already made a multi-continent impact through their participation with E21, and I am confident that their leadership for the United States region will be instrumental in seeing the needed fresh outpouring of God’s spirit upon new generations.”
