The King’s University Office of Student Financial Services serves to assist all current and prospective students in securing financial assistance for their college dreams. Scholarships are available from a variety of sources, and are a great way to help fund your education. Scholarship recipients are decided by the scholarship committee. The committee members are selected from various areas of the university to ensure equal representation across various institutional functions. To the greatest extent possible, the voting members are selected with respect to gender, age, ethnicity, and race to ensure there is non-discriminatory selection practice.

Anna Hayford Memorial Scholarship (Undergraduate Award)
Anna Hayford is the late wife of our founder, Pastor Jack Hayford. “Anna sensed God’s call to ministry as a child, becoming an effective and beloved spiritual leader. Pastor Jack, who served as Foursquare’s president, once called her ‘the fountainhead’ of his life.” -Foursquare News

- Southlake campus students only.
- Preference will be given to students enrolled in the Worship Program.
- Student must be within first 120 hours toward bachelor’s degree.

William Joseph Seymour Scholarship
This scholarship is intended to help foster his legacy of Spirit-empowered diversity in love and to honor and support people of color – especially Black/African American students – through the opportunity of higher education.
- New incoming graduate students must have a cumulative transfer GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- Returning students must be in good standing with TKU and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Scott Bauer Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was established by friends, members of The Church on the Way, and The King’s University in honor of Dr. Scott G. Bauer. Reverend Bauer served in a number of key positions including senior pastor of The Church on the Way, along with chairman emeritus and founding member of the Board of Trustees, first president, and faculty member of The King’s University. His servant leadership and influence were exemplary both in the local church and in the University.

Academic Achievement Scholarships
Academic scholarships are made available to first-time freshmen and transferring undergraduate students. Recipients for these awards are made by committee recommendation during the admission process, so students are not required to complete a scholarship application. If a student is selected for one of these awards, they will be notified via email.
Dean’s Scholarship
- Incoming undergraduate students only
- Award Amount: $2000/year

President’s Scholarship
- Incoming undergraduate students only
- Award Amount: $3000/year
- ACT: 30

Transfer Student Scholarship

- 12+ hours of transferable credit from an accredited university
- Award Amount: $1500/year

Other Institutional Scholarships
The scholarships listed below are not voted on by a committee, but application is required to be awarded. For incoming students, the applications will be sent to you via email upon admission to TKU if you are eligible. For continuing students, the applications will be sent to you via email each year. The deadline to complete these applications is usually the end of the first week of classes.
Blessed Life Scholarship
- Required Minimum GPA: 2.0
