The three-year professional degree for ministry, integrating biblical, theological, historical, and ministry studies with supervised ministry experience to equip candidates for full-time vocational ministry.
Master of Practical Theology
Concentrations: Antisemitism and Jewish Advocacy | Messianic Jewish Studies | Women in Ministry Leadership
A specialized ministry program designed to equip believers for effective practical ministry in the local church and other ministry settings, cultivating maturity and skill in the practices of ministry.
Master of Theological Studies
Prepares students for teaching vocations and advanced studies in Bible and theology, training them to read Scripture theologically from a Spirit-formed, non-supersessionist perspective.
Master of Organizational Leadership

Offers ministry, business, and non-profit leaders an accessible curriculum that enhances professional skills and fosters flourishing as leaders through spiritual development and organizational practice.

Concentrations
Antisemitism and Jewish Advocacy
For students called to confront antisemitism or to advocate for the Jewish people in the Church and the public square. Provides a biblical, historical, and theological foundation for Jewish-Christian relations and equips Spirit-formed leaders with the specialized training to serve as a bridge between the Church and the Jewish people. Available online or on-ground.
Executive Leadership
A Doctor of Ministry concentration in organizational and missional leadership, developing the strategy and management skills to lead responsive, effective ministry organizations.
Messianic Jewish Studies
Prepares men and women for Messianic Jewish ministry and to serve as a bridge between the Church and the Jewish people. Builds a knowledge of Scripture and the tools to interpret it, an understanding of the relationship between Judaism and Christianity, and a grounding in Messianic Jewish history, theology, and practice, alongside practical, Spirit-formed ministry skills. Offered in the MDiv, MPT, and DMin; coursework differs by degree.
Pastoral Theology in Practice
A Doctor of Ministry concentration forming the pastor-theologian, integrating theological depth with pastoral practice across church, culture, and calling.
Spiritual Formation and Direction
A Doctor of Ministry concentration in the history, theology, and practice of Christian spiritual formation and soul care. Combines coursework with non-credit retreats and a pilgrimage; students who complete both the coursework and the experiential requirements earn the Certificate in Spiritual Formation and Direction alongside the DMin.
Women in Ministry Leadership
Develops leadership competency and spiritual formation for the specific needs of women in ministry, grounded in the history and theology of women in ministry leadership and the issues female leaders face today. Available across the MFT, MDiv, MPT, and MOL degrees, and can be paired with the Messianic Jewish Studies concentration in the MDiv and MPT.
