Terms and Conditions
Introduction
1.1. The King’s University Scholarship Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organized and administered by The King’s University, Texas (“The King’s University” or the “University”). 1.2. By participating in the Promotion, participants (“Participants” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating.
Promotion Period
2.1. The Promotion begins on October 1, 2023, and ends on October 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
3.1. The Promotion is open to all individuals at least 18 years of age who apply for Spring 2024 admission to The King’s University by the end of the Promotion Period and meet all other eligibility requirements as stated in these Terms and Conditions. 3.2. Participants must be legal residents of the United States. 3.3. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of The King’s University and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Giveaway
4.1. Participants who apply to The King’s University during the Promotion Period and subsequently enroll at the University will be eligible to enter a drawing for 1 iPad, 5 $50 Amazon gift cards, and 10 TKU swag bags. 4.2. Award recipients must be registered for the spring 2024 term.
General Conditions
5.1. Participants must submit their application and all required documentation by October 31, and attend New Student Orientation and become a registered new student on November 9. 5.2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information when participating. The University reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who provides false or misleading information. 5.3. The King’s University reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the Promotion as contemplated by these Terms and Conditions.
